Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Products will be shipped via:

• Registered letter (cheaper, delivery time from 3 to 6 working days)
• Correos Express transport agency (24 to 48 hours)
• MRW transport agency (24 to 48 hours)

When making the payment, you can select the type of transport according to the price and weight of the products

International Shipping: We ship worldwide, with the price determined according to the country and the weight of the products. Before making the payment, you will have the calculated amount of the shipping cost.

Returns:

• You have a period of seven (10) days, from the date of receipt, to make a return if you are not satisfied with your order.
• The return must be made with the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• Once the merchandise has been received and its status checked, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
• Godesard will be responsible for the shipping costs if the products are defective, if the shipment was wrong or if the purchase has not been satisfactory.
