3. WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY?
Yes, if you choose the MRW or Correos Express transport agency in the purchase process, and the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. and is not personalized.
For personalized products, on the product page itself, indicate the customization time.
4. HOW CAN I KNOW HOW MUCH THE SHIPPING COSTS?
You can upload the products to the cart. By clicking on buy you can estimate the costs with various carriers and delivery date, depending on the country and city of destination.
For purchases over 80 euros shipping is free, only in Peninsular Spain.
For international purchases, indicate the country and city and you will obtain the shipping costs (for countries outside the EU, the DUA, export declaration, is already charged).

5. CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Yes, you have 10 days to return products that are not personalized, if you are not satisfied, without giving any reason, as long as it is in perfect condition.
For personalized products, they can only be returned if they do not correspond to the order made, or there is an error on our part.
6. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT?
If within 14 days of delivery, you detect damage, the product is defective or does not conform to what was ordered, you can request a change, by emailing info@godesard.com or by calling tel. 93 309 65 65.
