3. Will I receive my order the next day?
Yes, in case you choose the transport agency MenEx in the purchase process, and the order is made before 4pm.
For customized products, we will indicate the approximate delivery time.
4. How can I know how much the shipment costs?
You can upload the products to the cart. By dialing in to buy you can make an estimate of the costs with several carriers, depending on the country and city of destination.
For purchases over 60 euros the shipping is free, only in Spain.
For international purchases, check the country and city and you will get the shipping costs (for countries outside the EU the DUA is already loaded, export declaration).
5. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 10 days to return the products that are not personalized, if you are not satisfied, without giving any reason, as long as it is in perfect condition.
For personalized products, they can only be returned if it does not correspond to the order made, or there is an error on our part.
6. What do I have to do if my order has been damaged in the transport?
If within 14 days after delivery, detects damage, the product is defective or not in accordance with the order, you can request the change of it, requesting it by email email@example.com or by phone. 93 309 65 65.
